Asheville has a great downtown to walk around and explore. We'll walk by lots of music venues, some of them we will be able to peek inside others will just see who's playing that evening and you can come back and check it out later for music!
Get some exercise and see where the music venues are located
This is a walking tour so we'll be getting our steps in as we traverse the downtown area. Since we're nestled in the mountains, most streets are inclined, there's not much flat in asheville! If you're only used to flat lands you'll definitely get a little exercise! But in all we probably won't be walking over a mile on most tours.

We will walk to popular venues that have larger concerts and also smaller hidden venues that have more local bands or unique shows.
Some places will be open and we'll be able to look inside, while others we'll just see the outside and learn about what kind of music they have coming up.
